Kids Being Kids
Just a couple pictures from this past week. I could cry just watching summer fly by us. It's been busier than any summer I can remember, but such fun.

Natalie and Sutton are getting closer and closer these days. I suppose since we've been away from all our regular friends in KC so much, they've grown used to being each other's buddy. It's kind of nice.
I think every kid has this picture, so I didn't want to leave Sutton out. He was mad at me for not keeping him attached to my hip, that's why the sad face. The TP damage was just because he's a near-toddler.
This is what you get when a near 3 year-old helps set the table. Luckily she still likes to help wash all those dishes.

Short Stack

Learning to Breathe
It doesn't matter how big or small it is, Natalie loves a body of water. Muddy puddles, 2 ring toddler pool, neighborhood pool, ocean, etc. She's getting more and more brave as the Summer races on...

Cooling Up
Sprayground at Crown Center...

What's Goes Up, Must Come Down
Eating at Fritz's is always a fun time. These girls were so excited to see our food finally (patience is not one of their 3 year-old virtues) come down to our table.

Their excitement was contagious.
And, the classic photo we just can't pass up every time we're there.
BiG ReD DoG
The Clifford exhibit at Crown Center was very entertaining. A nice way to play inside for a few minutes too.

I think Sutton found every wheel they had...

no matter how small.
This girl loves a cash register, so what could be better than a gigantic one?
Reading room.

I love him in exploration mode.
He can't resist a tunnel.
Just stinkin cute.
Sutton, Natalie and Isabel working together, sort of.
Dem bones.
Makin friends everywhere he goes.

Delivering the mail together.
Postgirls.

Playing with Meems
Mimi spent a few extra days in KC with us after Pops had to go back home. We kept her plenty busy running from parks to see Clifford to water parks to spraygrounds to Fritzs and back home again. It was a pleasure to have her with us. Come back next summer Mimi, if not before!

Sutton LOVES honking the horn. I hope this isn't foreshadowing for road rage in his future.
The Springs
Natalie LOVED the splash and play time at the waterpark. We got to go down the blue slide at least 20 times. We haven't been in Kansas City much this summer, but when we have it's been full of fun, warm activities.

Unfortunately for Sutton, it was his naptime, so he slept through most of the fun.

Cow Appreciation Day
You get to dress up like a cow and eat free Chick-Fil-A. It's total win-win if you ask me. Can't get our friend from CFA to get me the photo of the 3 of us wearing our ears and all, so this will just have to do for now. I have a feeling in a year or two people will be asking if these two are twins.
