Reason #343

There are many reasons for a girl to love her husband. And it's definitely true for me with Nate the Great. I'm sure that before I said "yes" to Nate's big proposal, we never really talked about holidays, traditions and what we would do or not do with our kids. Somehow, God paired us up perfectly, especially in the area of our love for all things holiday. He is front and center when it comes to making special days even more special for our kids, and Halloween is no exception.

My favorite part of this story is Natalie's response to how this pumpkin turned out. Of course Sutton loved it, but Natalie LOVED it. She said, "Mom, our house is gonna be the best one cause of Daddy's pumpkin. My Dad is like a king!"

My Twins

About once a week I get asked if these two are twins. It drives Natalie crazy. She is "five and Bubby is only 3!" But when it really comes down to it, she loves that 3 year-old to pieces. And the feeling is mutual. They may not have been in my womb together, but sometimes you'd think they were.

The only way Natalie would share Baby Beckett was through bribery with the iPhone. And of course, what one has, the other simply must have.
