Happy Houseguest
Kylee Dale was our houseguest for a few days while her parents were out to sea on a cruise. Started day one out with chocolate popsicles.
It was play till you drop. Luckily, they were so exhausted by bedtime, they forfeited giggles and chatter for sleep. I have a feeling the older the get, the less sleep we will all get.

Table Tennis

Big Boy Bed
This was the most seamless transition ever. Now to try and break him of the paci and get him potty trained! Maybe in a few months... For now, I am just enjoying an entire family that sleeps through the night in their new home.

Spoiling Sutton
Our kiddos are growing quite accustomed to being routinely spoiled by the grandparents, now that we live so close. However, having Mimi and Pops in town for 2 weeks, definitely made them a little more rotten. Wherever there is Pops, there are Cheetos.
And wherever there is Mimi, there is not need to use your own two legs for walking.
And it wasn't just Sutton. We were all spoiled! It was a great visit, but went too fast, as usual.

Just Nat

Lazy in Love
Sutton's favorite place on vacation was in the lazy river, on Mom. It was usually right before nap time when we'd take our daily float, so Sutton was cozy and cuddly. Needless to say, this quickly became Mommy's favorite place on vacation also.

Myrtle Beach Mermaid
I'm pretty sure I was just as, maybe more excited about the "real" mermaids at the aquarium in Myrtle Beach as Natalie was. She thought it was really cool, but still told me, as she was watching her swim, "Mom, I think those are legs in there." Yes, honey, I think you're right. It's hard not to like something so dream-like and fun though.

If there's a slide, Sutton will find it.

Cheap Thrills
Of all the many things there are to do at this great place, Natalie's favorite two: pushing the elevator buttons (inside and out) and opening the room door with the card. Gotta love 3 year-olds.

Carnies
There's an oceanside carnival within walking distance of our resort in Myrtle Beach. It is here we discovered that our sweet, petit 3 year-old is a daredevil at heart. The quicker the ride, the bigger she smiled! I just love that grin.

He could've gone around 100 times and it wouldn't have been long enough.
The next few photos are of Natalie and Mimi on the rollercoaster.
Climbing up into her seat.
Waiting for takeoff.
Exhiliration.
Little fisherman.
Mommy was much more nervous about the ferris wheel than Natalie was.
The choo choo, always a favorite.

My cheeks literally hurt by the end of the night for all the smiling I did at Sutton. That little hand just kept waving EVERY time he'd pass us on EVERY ride. Too sweet.
Boogie Girl
Every time I turn around, Natalie is doing something more and more grown-up. This summer was her first time on a boogie board and she LOVED it. Can't hardly wait to boogie side-by-side!

Pops on the Beach

And one of Sutton, chillin as always.
