Not Quite 10 on the 10th
So, a friend of mine has been blogging 10 photos (one an hour) on the 10th day of every month for a while now. I have always loved this idea, but have always remembered it on the 11th or 12th day of the month. This month I finally remembered on the actual day, however, forgot to take my camera everywhere we went. Oh well, 7 on the 10th will have to work this time. Maybe next month I'll make it to an actual 10 on the 10th.

7am: Chocolate covered bananas for breakfast. What can I say? It was a saturday and they asked so nice.

8am: Fingerpainting
9am: No day is complete without a time out on the steps.
10am: Big bed acrobatics

11am: Mom finally gets a shower, but never alone. Here are the leftovers from the artwork (complete with cutting and glue) and toys that were played with as close as they are allowed to get to me while I am in the shower.
12pm: On the go. Headed to a little mexican lunch with our friends, the Mays.
6pm: Ran out for a little evening entertainment for Mom and Dad. What did you miss between 12 and 6? A trip to Costco, naps, playing at the park in our neighborhood, leftovers for dinner...same old, same old. Just the way we like it.
Sweetees Softball
Natalie had her first softball practice last week. Mommy was sick and couldn't make it, so Granny and Daddy filled in. Lucky for Mommy, Daddy remembered to to bring the camera and got a few shots of our tiny player.

Like our ballet teacher, our softball coach is also a dear friend. Natalie really seems to enjoy playing softball, especially wearing the cleats. The first time she put on her cleats, she was worried she wouldn't be able "to balance on them." She did just fine. In fact, watching her run the bases is one of my new favorite pastimes.
While seeing Natalie on the field brings back some great memories for Me, I can also relate to Sutton. I watched my big brother from the sidelines for a few years before I was big enough to get out on the field. Doesn't mean he's not practicing yet though!

Hot dogs, peanuts, cokes and lots of cheers! First ball season here we come! Check back in for photos after they get their uniforms and start playing "real" games.

Ballerina Girl
Our dear friend, Mrs. Amy, is teaching a little preschool dance class. Natalie LOVES it. She is so studious at practicing her positions and moves. Mom is learning a lot. Usually the mommies sit outside the door and wait for class to get over. But this mommy got lucky and got to be inside the class to take some photos for Mrs. Amy. I loved watching them and photographing them. Watching Natalie be so serious, yet have so much fun at the same time was priceless. I adore my little dancer.

Maryland Heads South
Our friends, the Farris family came down for a weekend visit. The kids had SO much fun together and the parents did too. Refreshing, semi-relaxing and fun.

Group Shot. So fun to see how God has grown our families since the beginning of our friendship.
All aboard the Mr. David Express.
Dinner in pj's.
A funny story for 4 year-olds. Micah and Natalie are just a few months apart in age and have a BLAST together. Lots of giggling.
Two year-old tickle time.
Sutton Paul (SP) and Simon Peter (SP) couldn't help themselves from coming back for more and more.
And a good time was had by all.
At The Car Wash
We had an unusually sunny and warm February day. So, we spent as many hours as possible outside. During that time, we cleaned our cars, mine and Sutton's.
