Birth Day
I have a feeling it's as big a miracle every single time. Having him on my chest right after he was born was maybe the most emotional thing I've ever experienced. Sorry for the gooey picture, I just figure if you're a mommy and you've done this, you'll appreciate it. If not, you can try to imagine how it would feel. Amazing.

Ten minutes old, handsome guy.
Hello world.
Back to sleep.

Welcome to the family, Sutton Paul.
A little pic of the playing, before the contractions kicked in.

The grandparents arrived two by two. Natty played and played.

Dad and Grandaddy put up a backsplash to pass the time. Here's the before.
And the "After." Good job guys.
Playing with Pops.
Finding the water sprinkler in the neighbor's yard.
Putting up a bird feeder with Grandad.
Practicing with the strolly.

Big Sister & Belly Pics
We've only got about a week left, so I figured we should get some pictures of the belly and Natalie together. She's just started saying "baby" when asked what's in mom's belly, but we're still pretty sure she's not getting it really. I think she loves the belly just because it's mom's.

Dad snapped this next one thinkin he's funny, but I kinda like it. One of the first pictures of just our baby boy, sort of. Plus, maybe it doesn't look as HUGE from the front?!
I LOVE this child. Getting excited for my lap to be back so she can really climb up in it.

And, here's the latest update on this baby's arrival...I'm fairly certain that by next monday night we'll have a baby. It's either gonna be a planned C-Section or an induction. They say it's up to me, so we'll wait and see what my appointment this week brings, then start planning accordingly.
Reason No. 238 I love our Church
Our church had a cookout tonight where they set up sprinklers and baby pools for the kids. Nearly everyone was soaked by the end of the event, so it was really fun. I love how the kids all play together, everyone watches out for everyone, we always have yummy food and the sitting around chatting with everyone couldn't be better. This night was definitely the definition of "fellowship."

Ready for a Baby?
My camera with video is broken, again, or you'd be forced to watch the footage of her strolling her baby all around the culdesac. Hopefully this obsession with her baby doll is a good sign that she's gonna love having a baby brother. Guess we'll see soon.

Watering the Plants...
and everything else.

Toddler-Style Accessorizing
Not yet two, but already demanding accessories. The beads and "her" purse went everywhere with us that day. Gotta love those days when she chooses a pumpkin barrette for her hair. Of course it's those days she leaves the barrette in all day.

Friends of the Zoo
After having a zoo membership for a couple of months now, we finally got a chance to go as a family. Have I ever mentioned how much I LOVE Nate's days off? It's always play, play, play.

On the carousel right before we left...during her 10 minute second wind. The Zoo (and swim lessons right before that) wore her out.
On the Zoo Train.
Holding on tight.
Giraffes are entertaining, but other kids are even more interesting.
So sleepy...
A few more carousel pictures.
It's just the most fun game of peekaboo. "Where did mom go? There she is!" Over and over.
Pretty sure those two can't get any cuter. Just sayin.
What a way to spend a day. Let me never forget how blessed I am.
One for You, and One for Me
This is pretty much what we do anymore. It's all Isabel (and her mommy), all the time and we couldn't love the time we spend with them more. Well, I guess if we were playing at the ocean, we might love that a little more, but we mustn't be choosy. As long as there are two of everything, we're usually okay....2 pushable toys, 2 "purses," 2 babies. You get the idea.

Actually saying "cheese" to Mommy for this photo. Thought it was a little ironic with the mouse ears on. :)

Milk Magic
There are so many reasons to love a 20 month-old baby girl, but her "magic tricks" are certainly some of my favorite reasons lately. This video's a little lengthy, but it really shows Natalie's personality these days.  What did I ever do on a thursday night while Nate was on call before I had Natalie Glenn to entertain me?
