Pool Hopping

It's HOT here in KC, so the only suitable option for fun, in my opinion, is to play where we can get wet. We've been known to hit one pool in the morning and another in the evening. I just can't get enough of the smell of chlorine and sunscreen. Here are a few pics of what our kids like to do at said pools. 

Natalie is in training as a mini sunscreen nazi, like Mommy. She actually added the sunglasses all by herself and wore them for a really long time. 

Sutton is also learning the importance of sunscreen, but his SPF comes in the form of umbrellas and carseat shades. 

This is what he did for his entire first "splash and play" day.

Natalie loves playing with Nana at our favorite pool in Kansas City. 

Sutton also enjoys Nana's pool. He gets good use out of the floats. 

Filling and emptying a QuikTrip cup is one of Natalie's favorite pastimes. It's one of mommy's favorite summer pastimes too! :) 

Sutton thinks baby pools and mini waterslides are boring. 

He'd rather just nap with his best buddy, Gabe.
